Ana served as the head of Wealth Planning at BTG Pactual Colombia for nearly four years, focusing on long-term wealth management strategies for families. She also made significant contributions as the Chairperson of the Colombia Chapter of STEP (Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners) for almost six years. Furthermore, Ana held the position of director at a Single-Family Office located in Medellín, where she designed corporate governance strategies aligned with family interests and needs.
