Beltran Domecq is a Business Development Consultant at Clairmont. Over the past decade, he has been providing expert guidance to Ultra High Net Worth families in Latin America, offering strategic counsel on tax-efficient wealth preservation and management. 

Beltran specialises in offshore and cross-border wealth planning, with a particular focus on facilitating smooth intergenerational wealth transfer. Prior to joining Clairmont, he honed his skills at esteemed financial institutions such as Citi Trust, Santander Private Bank and JP Morgan Private Bank.

At the outset of his career, Beltran practiced law in the Mergers and Acquisitions departments of renowned firms, Stephenson Harwood LLP and Allen & Overy LLP. He obtained his law degree (licenciado en Derecho) from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and completed his master's in International Commercial Law (LLM) with honors at the University of Kent in Canterbury, England. Beltran was previously a member of the Madrid Bar (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid) , and his expertise in banking and corporate law is reflected in his dissertation titled "Viability of Trusts in Civil Law Countries" which was published in 1997.
